Yeah I get that. Its not just tobacco and weed ive nailed for a long time, smoked some pretty bad shit in my life. Its why I had a lung collapse a few years ago, not great.
Liver and kidney I should be OK, as ceek says, some of your organs get better fairly quickly and I'm not a massive drinker
