Have to say, impressed with how quickly roads have been closed, emergency services are there and how quickly and concisely the news is being gathered.

I can only think it was a friendly unarmed bobby who went over to see if he/she could offer assistance for a simple accident, not realising the car had run over a load of people on Westminster Bridge.
