Easy and tasty, yes.
Cheap, no, and fish is getting so expensive (£3 something last year, up to £4.50 at Tesco) which puzzles me since we have our own fishing industry

Yeah but we export most of it.
Funnily enough we export most of our Lamb and import most of the lamb we eat from New Zealand because it's more cost effective.

Same thing applies with fish, especially Scottish Salmon and our off shore tuna, too.
