Giz a synopsis, haven't heard of it.
6 different stories from the 1900's to a post apocolyptic future all linked with each other.
Googling it would be easier.
I think it is fair to say that everyone on the Internet is annoying.
Having always read murder mysteries and normally sticking with the same authors Patricia Cornwell, Mark Billingham, Karin Slaughter and Linwood Barclay, I decided over the last year to read all the books I "should" have read i.e. one's that would be on a read before you die list.
So all the classics are coming up like Gone with the Wind, Great Expectations etc as soon as Ive finished working my way through ALL of Ben Eltons books. Done about 65% atm and all are brilliant IMO. I plan on starting on the classics around Christmas time.

The name alone makes me want to pick it up!
It's very good so far. The first two time periods are not really the kind of stuff I would be interested in reading about but each snippet is quite small (and gets visited twice...apart from the one in the middle) so you get into it and then it shifts to the next one.
Was really impressed with how they suddenly link the first story in as part of the second one.
It really is good fun.
There is a movie coming out next year (over here) and the trailers look amazing.

They're making a film of 11-22-63
I won't be watching it. I suddenly realised I knew how it was going to end about 100 pages before the end, and although I stuck with it just to check, I was pretty disappointed. It had been really good until then though.
Have since started reading Simon Kernick books as I borrowed one from a mate and it was really good. That said, this is his second about a kidnapping so not sure if they are all going to be along that theme as he is not quite as good as Deaver. Even if it was his first book that I read.
"Do you believe in the devil? You know, a supreme evil being dedicated to the temptation, corruption, and destruction of man?"
"I'm not sure that man needs the help." (Calvin & Hobbes)

I better read that before my classics then as Id want to read that before seeing the film!
