First, let it be said that I'm no prude but after witnessing a rather perfervid couple giving each other blowjobs whilst their fingers were navigating each others stinkholes in the the main room in view of absolutely everyone....shame on you!

I don't mind casual liasons, I don't mind rampid sex, hey, I don't even mind it in public, but surely these two guys should have chosen their spot more carefully. I can understand these overt action in places like Heaven but spare everyone and think about where you are and what you are doing. It all boils down to respect and you guys were damn lucky that someone who objected to your behaviour did not take it upon themselves to teach you some.

Were they attractive at least?

Incidentally, some of us have made it a rule that when you or Joe are mentioned, we time it to three minutes to get the rage out of our system, and then talk about bigger and better things. Just so you know. - ck, 9 Mar 2005

was a jokes night, sorry to karl and conrad if it was a bit tough for you but thats what happens when they put a tetchno dj on first! ha ha! good set by you 2 tho!

shame things were shut early but by that time it was getting a bit long.

Just because your a techno dj, doesn't mean you should be playing whatever you like at the start of the night. You were booked to play in the trance room.... so shouldn't you have played trance ? If you must play techno for 1st set , it should be more funky than BANGIN!
A dj needs to adapt to there set times and music genre of the club....
Read Richard Launch's article on how to play a proper warm up set.

there arent any rules when it comes to djing. its ideas that there are certain ways of playing a dj should play that create a stale, boring club scene. why should dave play trance when he is a techno dj? anyway, he was told by the people in the club that the room wouldnt be allowed to be opened unless there were people in there. what better way of filling a room than playing good solid techno? if he'd played crap floaty trance the room wouldve stayed empty. anyway, it wasnt like it was 9 oclock, it was midnight. people want to have a proper dance not stand around with their hands in the air.

I had great time! Best set for me was Dave Irvin in the Trance/Techno room! and also thought Cally Gage was rockin! Karl and Conrad did well to come back from Dave's set. Shame it closed early, although wasn't too packed. Thats the second time in a row isn't it?
I agree, not fair for the peeps coming from afar!

Good.

It's quite simple. Don't get so fucked that you need to sleep. Or go home and sleep then the bouncer won't have to wake you upBig grin

Anyway back to peach.....have a goodish night....fav sets for me were Marc b2b steve, Cally Gage...saw the first bit of Lucy's set and she carried on the hard stuffThumbs up
