because they fucked up totaly, assigned the wrong flext limits to each phone, so we went way over on one and it was daytime mobile to mobile calls, added a new line when all we were meant to get was a replacement phone , and then they send out another phone (so we had 5 nos in total and charged a connection fee etc , hense we reached the credit limit on our account and then turned the calls off, basicly the BF went ballistic at customer service, didnt get any joy so sent an email to the directors office, within 24 hours our phones were back on, they cancelled all the errors of the bill (and gave us 150 as compo) which cleared the whole bill,
if you dont get joy from customer services go higher, the last thing any company wants is the directors finding out what shits realy goin on,, it soon gets sorted that way,, just sometimes a bit of a buggger gettin the names and nos you need

Thats why you should put your problem in writing addressed to the director of the company, that way they have to basicly acknowledge what you have said and reply back to you in writing. Then there is a record or this contatc between the two parties.
Computer games don’t affect kids, if Pacman had affected us we would all be running around in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music ....
