» Exhibition Raw

Reviewed by Pete M / Submitted 31-03-25 12:37

Label: Lost Language
Format: Digital
Genre: Trance / Raw

The Exhibition series continues with this raw and unadulterated collection of tracks from EL-EL. Tracks and remixes come from Activa, Side Wound, The MFA and more. The forceful legacy of EL-EL continues somewhat unabated as we focus on the raw side of things.

As a spectacle, Exhibition has gone through many facets. The last numbered edition was VI and was filled with dark trance music. This one is faster but no less unique in style and scope. As styles evolve, so does the output and Exhibition Raw shows that evolution. Oh, sure, there's the usual trance fare from Activa (remixing Locomotion by Chris Johnson), Darkskye's But We Did Survive, remixed by Factoria, and the breakneck speed of Into The Sky (Dave Moth Remix) by LostLegend.

Raw is a new evolution in the Exhibition sound and its a welcome one. With the arrival of Exhibition VII surely on the horizon, it will at least keep the faster than light purists engaged until such time as the next numbered edition comes along. In the meantime. get raw and get sexy.

The story of EL-EL continues...
