Driftmoon

» Number One

Reviewed by Pete M / Submitted 24-03-25 18:04

Label: Black Hole Recordings
Format: Digital
Genre: Trance

We prepare for the next phase of the Moonstruck album series with the new one from Driftmoon. Moonstruck Phase III will be the Crescent Moon and Number One is the next addition to the album. The album itself is expected on April 4th and promises celestial trance of high esteem.

While Number One is distinctly trance, there's a breaks element to the track that only adds to the lunar mystery of the Moonstruck saga. Black Hole have been spoiling us with tracks from Phase III and this is definitely the cream of the crop. Its heavy, its trancey and its lengthy. Everything I like in a trance track; especially when its this good. I very rarely give out 10s but this one deserves it.

This is released on March 28th and the album is released on April 4th. Both will be available on Black Hole Recordings.
