Ishiro » Serene (LESSISLESS Remix) Reviewed by Pete M / Submitted 23-09-24 16:34 Label: Pure Breaks Format: Digital Genre: Breaks Chinese producer Ishiro dropped the original of Serene on Pure Trance earlier on in the year. It included a nifty little Concise Mix which was big with me. But the Extended Mix, at 9:06, was even bigger. It was my go-to version. Now LESSISLESS has remixed it into a trance/breaks hybrid on Pure Breaks. This remix takes Serene down a different route to the one on Pure Trance but its no less big. The fluttering breaks and melody cascade around the bass-line and structure like moths around a flame. Its all-around feel is one of beauty and grace. Quite autumnal, I think. Does that make sense? Anyway...this is nice!
