ultrafunk had a truly fantastic year in 2004, with some memorable parties held in groovy little venues all around London. And our crowd just got friendlier and more up for it at each event!
After success like that it's time to be more ambitious in 2005...
So, for our first BIG event this year we've got a bigger venue with some extra space to play in, and a kick-ass sound system to ensure the funkiness is as loud as it should be. The Rhythm Factory is one of our favourite clubs in London - it's the perfect space for dancing and there's plenty of sofas for those who prefer to lounge and make new friends...
The main room will host the trademark ultrafunk sound: uplifting, vocal, funky house - music to bring a smile to your face and keep you on that dancefloor all night.
And for some variety, we're introducing a second room with a tougher sound. There'll be fewer vocals, more chunky basslines and plenty of bass-driven filth, but still maintaining that uplifting edge.
On top of which, the front bar will be kept smooth and sexy with DJs playing rare-groove, jazz-funk and old skool hip-hop.

- there will be live vocals courtesy of the lovely Linzi Morgan from Queer Angel
- our qualified resident masseuse, Verity, will be providing some relaxing massage action...
The place will be ultrafunked for a whole SEVEN hours: 9pm until 4am. How much fun can you have in one night?
