From Chicago to Nottingham, is there any place we won’t dig to find you the best house music on the planet? Moochin does it again, and we’re making some pretty serious people take notice… so if you’re wondering what all the fuss is about, come check it out…
In June we are proud to host The Littlemen, a duo from Nottingham, England. Both guys have been DJing on the UK free party scene, clubs and festivals since 1993, Steve as a part of the legendary Smokescreen SoundSystem and Gav as a member of the Giddy Fruit Collective. Whilst DJing at the same events they decided to put their heads together in the studio and around 1999, formed The Littlemen. Since then they have created a reputation throughout the world for their deep, funky and contagious house music, racking up twenty strong releases and four remixes on respected labels such as Drop Music, Tango Recordings, Lowdown Music, Amenti Music, Nightshift Recordings, Blockhead Recordings, and their own imprint, Mobile Trax. As well as their production work together they have also released material independently, with members of Brown, To-ka Project, Inland Knights and Lo-Motion. The Littlemen continue to be heavily involved with Smokescreen and the local party scene, but you will also find them performing gigs all over Europe, as far as Asia, USA, Australia, and beyond.
MOBILE TRAX was started by Steve Lee from The Littlemen in late 2003, the aim was to release The Littlemen’s music along with up and coming talent from Nottingham, including artists such as Kinky Movement, Special Interest and Brown. Other artists on the label include Slater Hogan, Chuck Daniels, Inland Knights, Swirl People and Toka Project. About to release the first long player by The Littlemen, which will consist of a CD package and two vinyl samplers featuring dubs and remixes by various artists, the future is looking very bright for these talented artists.

Souljay is one very fast rising star in the Jackin scene, already notchin up releases on Bassmint, Uniform, Revolutionary, Black Crack and Flatpack Traxx! Phew! A busy guy! His tunes have been a staple of moochin parties for the last few months now so you know he has style! Come check him getting the party started in June.
