Tempo Tantrum returns in April with an event & line-up which will guarantee to give your ear drums a good spring cleaning.
For many Pendulum needs little by way of introduction. Their bold, innovative sound & DJ sets have won converts from all over the globe. Their latest album "Hold Your Colours" dropped like an atomic bomb. True ambassadors of Drum n Bass. Nookie aka Cloud Nine aka Second Vision has been a key player in the Drum n Bass scene for well over a decade, as his many monikers suggest. His early tracks such "Give a little love" & "Sound of music" are seminal rave classics. As a skilled musical technician he also had a lesser known role in classic tunes sunch as Renegade's "Terrorist," being Ray Keith's engineer. He continues to impress with his varied output. Also on the line-up are an exciting & talented live, 10 piece Drum n Bass band Keiretsu. Tearing & tight while the live element makes for an impressive show.
In the breaks room we welcome back ILS. Again for many this artist needs little introduction. From his early, ground-breaking output such a "Next Level "to his recently released album "Bohemia" this man is a key figure in the world of breaks. Tough drums, sweet vocals & an inherent musicality. Innovative producer Reza will be providing the usual eclectic mix while airing some fresh material forthcoming on the Tempo Tantrum label. We also welcome Voodoobass from NORQ! who'll be flexing his breaks brawn alongside the Tempo Tantrum residents.
