Headlining Artists
CYBERNETIX
The Cape Town based Psy-trance project of Tim Hart and
Warren Phillips signed to Organik Media in early 2008 and
released their 1st track on Timecode Record's 'New Blood 2'
later that year and quickly followed up with a track on
Organik's 1st compilation entitled 'Digital Decadence'.
Recently they joined the Nexus Media team who will showcase
a variety of their tunes - solo mixes, remixes and
collaborations - via a series of digital EPs. Along with the much
anticipated debut album being under construction, Cybernetix
is a name to look out for.
Combining grinding grooves, searing leads, industrial
percussion, slick breaks and twisted FX, meshed together over
liquid bass, they from part of the new breed of Psy producers
coming out of South Africa.
With CYBERNETIX be prepared to be taken on an extreme
listening experience

ZEZIA
In 2004 Zezia started attending Local Outdoor Psy Trance
Events. It was at these gatherings he was first introduced to
both international and local live acts. After being mesmerized
time & time again by the talent of these artists Zezia decided
that on-stage is where he wanted to be.
Now almost 6 years later, after many dedicated hours in the
studio, Zezia is signed to one of the most up and coming Psy
Trance Labels in SA, PsynOpticz Productions. Playing his
monthly residency at The Bang Bang Club in Cape Town, South
Africa, Zezia can be heard bashing out groovy baselines,
melodic leads and psychedelic beats on a regular basis.
Since his explosion onto the psy scene Zezia has played
numerous indoor and outdoor psychedelic trance events, such
as, Alien Safari, Mindcultivation, Boomerang and makes his
second appearance at a Fu-Cha Gathering. Zezia has
preformed alongside the likes of Avalon, Regan, Slug, Deliriant,
Rubix Qube, Biorhythm, Toxic, Headroom, Earthling and Broken
Toy just to name a few...
At only 21 years old, Zezia still has a long journey ahead of
him and if one thing is certain he is always ready to blow your
mind with the upside down, twisted and bouncing beats of
psychedelic trance

SPEKTA
Little is known of this dance-floor magician other than the fact
that when he graces the decks little else matters as the deep
twisting sounds take control of all your senses taking all that
are present on a mind blowing musical journey...
Spekta has been fabricating his head-spinning flavour for the
past 12 years, monitoring and mixing the evolution of Cape
Town’s electronic music scene. He has sunk his teeth into just
about every kind of crowd, club, music festival and party that
you could suck out of your thumb > Earthdance > Oppikoppi >
> Assembly > Rocking the Daisies > Fiction > Origin > Lake Of
Stars Music Festival in Malawi to name but a few.He also
organizes and co-ordinates the acts and music for the “
Technodubfest Stage “ at the scintillating 'Prism/ Rezonance'
New Year’s Eve Party.
A recognized selekta, a respected crowd damager, a sultan of
sound, no crowd goes home wondering what might have been
as Spekta’s arsenal of music is as explosive as it is
comprehensive, so kit yourself for a selection of beats that will

Help us keep Hornbill clean by making the necessary provisions
around your campsite and the entertainment areas. Make
people aware of their irresponsible actions and lead them to
the nearest waste bins. Bamboo chutes will be available to
dispose of cigarette buts and will be easy to have on hand for
your perusal. Help us make a difference
BE INVOLVED
Get creative and be involved, firedancers, bongo drummers,
jugglers and entertainers welcome. We are also looking for
