The next guests at our monthly residency are globetrotting live/DJ duo Coburn. Probably known best these days for their international breakthrough single "We Interrupt This Programme", Pete 'Slide' Martin and Tim 'Electric Tease' Healey are respected artists in their own right. The media generally have trouble classifying them. Their sound, though non-genre specific, is definitely at the forefront. If we were to have a stab we'd say somewhere between electro house, rock and breaks. It is this fresh take on dance music that has won them respect and a following around the world.
DG resident Rysty recently joined them on tour at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan and for a guest list only show at QBar in Singapore. Check out the Sept-Oct issue of DJ mag for the story, incuding pictures of Rysty unconscious and covered in vomit on the streets of Singapore.
As always, we have cheap drinks, £1 shots before 9, the best upfront dirty filthy jackin' tracks and the friendliest, most up for it crowd (that's you!)
